Using a toolkit which includes human-centred design, she looks deep into the souls of businesses to truly understand their unique offering. Vanessa loves to uncover and understand unmet (and often unknown) needs, then works with clients to deliver compelling commercial solutions. She is a customer advocate and problem solver. Vanessa negotiates well between multiple perspectives and constraints, always looking for the emerging opportunities.
